Jesica Nkouaga

Biography

Jesica is a children's author and ESL teacher who grew up on a farm in Minnesota. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a Master of Liberal Studies in ESOL Education. She is a certified Montessori preschool teacher and yoga teacher and has completed a certificate in children’s book writing. She taught English as a Second and Foreign Language in Jordan, Honduras, Thailand, Macau, Uganda, and the USA as well as online to students in South Korea, Japan, and Peru. She aims to write uplifting bilingual and multicultural children’s books connected to nature, animals, and the Baha’i Faith. She lives with her husband, two big dogs, four cuddly kittens, and 16 backyard chickens in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Thank you for your interest and support!
