Sometimes readers want to find books with certain elements or themes, regardless of a particular genre. As of September 2022, you can now search for books by themes on Book Cave. For example, maybe you enjoy a book with a romantic side plot, but don’t really enjoy books that are strictly romance. With themes, you can search for books in any genre that may also have a shot of romance.
Or maybe you are particularly interested in reading books that have elements of infertility. Themes allows you to target those books specifically so you can find more of what you are looking for. On the other hand, you may not want to receive books with certain themes. Themes allow reader with triggers to be aware of content before they begin reading, or to choose not to read books with certain triggers.
All elements and themes are turned on automatically when you sign up to receive our free daily email. To receive the highest number of books, we recommend leaving all the boxes checked, and then review the themes in the email along with the blurb, genre, and cover to make sure it’s something you’ll enjoy. If you don’t want to receive a certain theme, however, you can simply uncheck the box on your preference page.
