Biography

Amber Thielman is an avid reader and writer of sexy romance books, always shaken up with a little darkness and suspense. She wrote her first 20-page novel when she was 13, and she’s been hooked ever since. Amber loves scary movies, autumn, and has an undying love for pumpkin-flavored anything. When she’s not writing, she enjoys riding her horse Reno, traveling, and spending time with her husband, their son Aidyn, their dogs (Willow & Max), and cat Simba in Southeast Idaho.

Hobbies

I love to write, read, ride horses, camp, travel, and spent time with my beautiful little family. (Also, if sleeping is a hobby, I really enjoy that, too.)

Most Exotic Place Visited

I've been to Costa Rica, Jamaica, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Alaska. My dream destination is Ireland. (I had to add Alaska, because Alaska was my favorite place so far! I'm a cold-weather person.)

What Shampoo Do You Use?

It changes because I tend to get the shampoo that smells the best at the time and that's probably why my hair makes no sense.

Your Dream Car

I'd love a 4-door Jeep Wrangler.

Favorite Sport

Horseback riding (yes, it's a sport!) I was also a dancer in high school but you'd never know by looking at me now.

Mountains or Beach? Why?

Both! I've always dreamed of living on the West coast near Seattle; it has beaches AND mountains :)

Pet Peeve

Loud noises that freak me out. I don't like to be startled!

I have a little office, but I have to write in the living-room so I can play mommy to my toddler.....hehe.

Do You Listen to Music While Writing? What Kind?

I can't listen to music while I write because it distracts me from the words.

Favorite Character You Created

All my characters mean very much to me, but my favorite so far is Jackson from my upcoming novel, COVERING THE QUARTERBACK.
