Life is busy. I just released my newest romantic suspense Survive the Night. I'm writing on the second book in my Western Heart Brides series, Hiding Heart. I am also working on edits on one of my young adults. Plus being Mom, Grandma, playing volleyball, pickleball and dancing.

Biography

I grew up in a small town in Wyoming loving the outdoors, sports, art, and reading Hardy Boys books. After reading them all at least a half dozen times, I started writing my own stories.
I married a wonderful, honorable man. I’m mother of five children and grandmother of eleven. I love traveling. Through my husband’s work and vacations, I have visited much of the United States, all over Europe, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, China, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia, giving me many intriguing locations and experiences for my stories.
I am a storyteller. I write the classic hero story because I think there’s a need for more heroes, love, and adventure in our lives. I’m not out to change the world with my writing; I’m just hoping to make your day a little better.

I've been fortunate to travel a lot of places. Most exotic would probably be Thailand or Cambodia (Angkor Wat) I loved them both.

Hard choice I play a lot of them. I guess volleyball.

Mountains or Beach? Why?

Mountains, I grew up in them. Enjoy hiking and camping.

Pet Peeve

Can't really think of one. Maybe people that merge onto the freeway going about 40 mph when traffic if going 70. That's just scary.

Do You Listen to Music While Writing? What Kind?

Yes. I listen to a lot of movie soundtracks to what fits the scene I'm working on. I love to start with Peter Cetra's theme from the Karate Kid to kick of my writing. Weird I know.

Favorite Character You Created

A part of me is in all my heroines, but Maybe Taeya from Mindbound. I haven't released it yet. But even with everything she faces, she never gives up and still tries to do what's right and help people.
