Description
Tenley Scott is a single mother and owner of Soup du Jour. She’s full of nervous excitement for her date with Colin, the handsome Brit who’s been hanging around the café. She’s expecting casual conversation over drinks. Maybe dinner. A kiss goodnight?
The date is a little awkward at the start since it’s been a while since she’s been out with a man, but gets better. Colin is sweet and really cute and Tenley thinks there’s potential for this to be the best date ever . . .
And then she finds out Colin is a spy.
And he’s got information that the NIIA desperately need—the lost memories of Charlotte Dodd.
Her date is quickly hijacked when the bad guys get hold of Charlotte’s memories—now Tenley is in the middle of fistfights, car chases and a kidnapping instead of enjoying the polite getting-to-know conversation she wanted. Her best date is becoming one of the worst ever and teaches her more about the life of spies than she ever wanted to know.
