Description

Dee just wants to finish school, have a better relationship with her mother, and survive. She is a Pentrale Venator, meaning she can tell when someone lies to her. Her talent—or gift, depending on who in the family you asked—caused her to be called out a lot. Being a Venator is her job as a Hunter. She is part of a group that polices the world to make sure humans never find out that the Lamia (vampires) and the Humanus Lupus (werewolves) exist. She doesn’t expect to deal with a serious Lupus and a funny yet irritating Lamia, but someone has to initiate the change the family needs for them all to survive.
