Description
Britt was vacationing in modern Britain, until the Sword in the Stone pulls her back through time to Medieval England. There, she meets Merlin—who is so different from what she imagined.
Young, attractive, and powerful, Merlin has plans to unite England, and he needs Britt to pretend to be King Arthur since the real one ran off.
But the Kingdom is fragmented, and no one has established Camelot or the Knights of the Round Table . . . but that might be a good thing, because if anyone finds out Britt is a fake, much less her gender, she’ll be killed.
Just as Britt begins to earn the loyalty of her knights, her relationship with Merlin threatens everything they’ve worked to build.
Britt loves him, and Merlin can’t resist her. But a relationship with Merlin would risk Britt’s life, and reveal her lies to her knights, who have fought and bled for her.
Can Britt survive all the legends of King Arthur, or will her own heart betray her?
