Twelve year-old Jack Dahlgren hates his new home on Roanoke Island. Not only does his dad treat him like a baby, but also blames him for his sister’s accident. Jack’s about to find out it’s not a joke. Inside a mysterious cave in the bluff next to his house lives a terrifying evil, the same horrifying curse surrounding the disappearance of the Lost Colony in 1587 … and it’s hungry for blood. It’s up to Jack to unravel the four-hundred-year-old mystery and save his family from the demon that haunts the island. With the help of an elusive Giant Mastiff and new-found friend Manny, a Native American shaman, Jack must discover what this devil is and find a way to put an end to its eternal hatred.
