At 17 Chelsea has felt her share of pain and cried endless tears. With just her mother in the picture, she is forced to be a second mother to her younger siblings. Dealing with adult problems, Chelsea often forgets what its like to be a teenager. Her friends and family depend on her so much that she feels the only way of escaping it is to indulge in drugs and alcohol.

But with a future school opportunity presenting a way out, she’s determined to do what she must to leave the confines of Dayton City. Old friends and new relationships are sending Chelsea in a whirlwind. Hopefully she can make it out with her head high and goals intact.
