Description

The marauders came quickly as a plague, laying waste in their wake. The meager garrison sent to defend the village was already defeated and now just one boy stands between the barbarian horde and the only route of escape from the burning village.

Fear stirs in his gut as he faces unfavorable odds and his mind drifts towards thoughts of fleeing. He is young with his entire life ahead of him and he already performed his duty. That is what he tells himself as he turns towards the bridge that leads to safety. However, the fates have other plans and the young warrior is soon forced to make a choice: Flee like a coward or die as a warrior.

As our hero sets on his new found path he meets a mysterious woman clad in shining armor and holding the biggest spear he ever saw. What follows is the enthralling story of a boy becoming a man.
