This month’s reading challenge is to read a book whose title is exactly 3 words long. That even includes small words like articles and prepositions.
Here are some books I’ve enjoyed that have a three-word title!
The Stolen Kingdom by Bethany Atazadeh
Genre: YA Fantasy
Arie never expected to manifest a Jinni’s Gift. When she begins to hear the thoughts of those around her, she hides it to the best of her ability. But to her dismay, the forbidden Gift is growing out of control.
When a neighboring king tries to force her hand in marriage and steal her kingdom, discovery becomes imminent. Just one slip could cost her throne. And her life.
A lamp, a heist, and a Jinni hunter’s crew of thieves are her only hope for removing this Gift—and she must remove it before she’s exposed. Or die trying.
Kiss at Midnight by Rachel Branton
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Hailey Waters steps off a bus with no memory of why she came to Forgotten or what she’s running from. And maybe it doesn’t matter. She’s determined to make a new life in this small town where strangers are friendly and helpful—especially veterinarian Dylan Morgan. But Dylan keeps prying for answers she doesn’t have. He’s a hero, always saving animals and people, and maybe she doesn’t need one of those right now. He’s more likely to break her heart than to solve the riddle of her past.
Dylan has returned to the small town he never should have left. He’s tired of women with secrets, the kind of women who always leave. When he finds Hailey in his friend’s barn, his training makes him uniquely qualified to be what she needs most—if he can keep the way he’s beginning to feel about her out of it. Because more and more he’s sure her secrets will tear him apart. But he can’t walk away or let her go. So maybe it’s time to take matters—and love—into his own hands.
Toward the Sunrise by Elizabeth Camden
Genre: Historical Romance, Christian Fiction
Julia Broeder is only six months shy of graduating from the Women’s Medical College of Pennsylvania when one small decision spirals out of control and results in her expulsion. Hoping to travel the world as a missionary doctor, her only choice is to return back home . . . or throw herself upon the mercy of Ashton Carlyle.
Formal and straight-laced, Ashton Carlyle is not pleased to see an expelled Julia arrive at his Manhattan office. His position as a junior attorney for the Vandermark family’s world-famous shipping empire entails taking care of the Broeders, longtime employees of the Vandermark family. But Ashton has no intention now of using his employer’s resources in defense of Julia’s impulsive and reckless actions.
What Ashton did not expect was a scathing reprimand from none other than the Vandermark family patriarch or the bewildering resistance from Julia herself when he’s forced to change his tune. At an impasse, Ashton and Julia never anticipated the revelations that arise or the adventure that awaits them.

Eat, Pray, Die by Chelsea Field
Genre: Humorous Mystery
Being an undercover poison taster for the rich and famous might sound glamorous, but for Isobel Avery it means stomaching bad clients and even worse coffee.
The one side of the job that lives up to expectations is the money. Which is just as well for Izzy, since she needs an awful lot of it. Who knew when she made a lifelong commitment to a man that it would be one year living with him and the rest of her life paying for it?
But even her scoundrel ex-husband doesn’t look so bad compared to her new client. He’s competent, condescending, and annoyingly attractive, and Izzy doesn’t know whether to sleep with him or poison him herself. Throw in a loan shark, a clever killer, and a co-worker’s life hanging in the balance, and Izzy will have her work cut out for her.
Can Izzy and her annoyingly attractive client put aside their differences to hunt down the bad guy? Or will Izzy fail to survive her job’s probation period?

What book will you read for this month’s challenge? Let me know in the comments below!
Three word title: The Wedding Affair by Heather Boyd
I’m reading “Lion on Fire” by Ted Galdi. It’s pretty exciting. It’s not a very long book, but I just happened to already be reading it and it has 3 words to the title. So it fit the challenge.
Reading “The Good Sister” by Sally Hepworth. It is a really good book so far.
I’m reading “As You Are,” by Sarah M. Eden. It’s a good book if you like historical fiction. I have enjoyed everything I’ve read by her.
I strongly recommend “That Hideous Strength” by C.S. Lewis
Such a great book! That whole Space series is awesome! I especially enjoyed Perelandra by him.
